Healthy breakfast – salty cake with cheese

Together with Daniel, we have decided to eat healthy, low carb foods. Many of our friends are trying to avoid all carbs and they are all saying how good is that, so based on my researches and I have decided to at least give it a shot? We are also trying to avoid the sugar as this is a well-known “bad” food and moreover, sugar is not really good for my seborrhea (oh, yeah, I got that shit couple of years ago and we’re living together “happily” ever after since then). One of our weekend routines was having a big, fat (fabulous) Starbucks coffee and eating something really “healthy” like pancakes 🙂  And before you even start explaining to me how bad is my Starbucks – save your time – I do know everything you could bring on, and I’m fully aware of your concerns. I’m also really happy every single time when I have my coffee with my boy and would prefer that instead of everything you could offer. A couple of weeks ago, after having my coffee, I have prepared a healthy low-carb cake with cheese. Read that twice – it is low-carb, not zero-carb.
