Sausages in a ceramic pot

Well, do you remember my Lovely dinner with eggplants? As I mentioned there, I have bought those blue pans on Christmas’ sale in Duka. On the very same sale, I bought two pots. They were not as cheap as I would like them to were, but I literally fell in love. I went out of the shop and to the car into the parking thinking I should go home but… yep, I got back and bought them. I’m a woman, what more should I do when I really like something that much?  Of course, as for the pans, 3 months later I finally found myself wondering what to do with the pots. I remembered how my mother was doing sausages in ceramic pots when I was younger and I thought – why not? Of course, I edited her receipt in order to make it bit healthier.
