Healthy breakfast #2 – oatmeal pancakes

It was a nice Sunday morning when I have decided to do those oatmeal pancakes that I saw on Facebook last week. The whole recipe was like video tutorial uploaded by Tasty. If you don’t know what Tasty is… well, better check it right away 🙂 So, speaking of the video, Tasty’s pancakes were really good-looking, easy to prepare and moreover – healthy. If I have to be honest, I was thinking that these pancakes are actually tasty as the regular ones (that is why I initially decided to do them). Hell no! They almost look like real pancakes, and even smell like them, but trust me – they do not taste like real ones. Not even close. Sorry. BUT! Daniel is claiming that they are good (with a lot of chocolate 🙂 ). You can, of course, keep them healthy (like me) like just eating them with honey, or fruits. Or both. Together with something to support their initial taste, these are actually eatable and you can even close your eyes and pretend to like them. What do you need? fine oat flakes (~200 grams) – 2 to 3 BGN for a kilo package 3 bananas – up to 2 BGN per kilo 3 eggs – 2 to 4 BGN for 6 to 12 eggs pack olive oil (1 tablespoon) – 15 to 20 BGN per kilo baking powder (a teaspoon) – up to 1 BGN for a package (~20 teaspoons) vanilla – no more than 0.20 to 0.50 BGN per dose What to do?
